How do you get the sim/family out of the game?

How do you get the sim I made in Body Shop to package?
ANSWER:
In Body Shop ... in the 'build sims' section, at the bottom right of the screen are two options...one is package sim to a file, the other is package sim to the sims2.com. Click on the sim that you want to package, then make your choice. If you chose package to a file, you will find it on your desktop.
