Wanted: Cheats for making friends & skills

I hope I'm posting this in the right spot! I'm sorry if it's not and feel free to move it.

I can tell you guys a lot of stuff about Sims 1 or I can still find the answers to things, but with Sims 2, I feel like such a n00b. On sims 1, I had this grey and green computer that was a hacked item and you could make selections as making friends with everyone, just the homeless, just the townies, or just the neighbors. You could also increase your skills such as cooking, logic, etc.

I'm searching for a cntrl + shft + C code or an item that has been modified that will allow you to either increase or max out your skills on all and that will all you to make a lot of friends. It'd be nice if it would help out with the college stuff too. I enjoy playing the challenges of the game, don't get me wrong, but I end up putting most of my sims time into those 2 things and nothing else. It's more fun to me with friends and skills are taken care of and I can focus on the rest of the stuff.

I did try a weird cntrl+shft+c code of boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true and it didn't do anything at all. I even pulled up the help in the game the same way and it was not listed as available. My game is also weird because I never even had a download folder! I had to go and create my own download folder and I put it under the main Sims 2 folder. I didn't want to tinker in the other folders. They are a bit different compared to sims 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm sorry for the long post.

I just want to be able to get the skills taken care of and make friends with everyone there.

Try this SHIFT+ctrl+C boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Then click on Sim with left click+SHIFT. When you do this you will have many options and then you can find almost everything.
The easier way to make friends and skills is Insimenator, Insimenator is program for playing Sims 2 with many good options and I have used that program for making my movies. You can download it here www.insimenator.net.

Thank you. On the boolprob code, will it stick? What I mean is will is save it or do you have to do it every time you pull up that family after closing out of that family.

ETA: I did download the inSIMenator and for some reason it's not working or my game is not recognizing it. I've got sims 2, university, and family stuff packs installed. I'm searching in electronics all and electronics misc for it. It's not being found.

When I originally installed my game, I did not have a downloads folder and I had to create one. Most of the stuff is being recognized that is in the download folder that I created.

I've been tinkering and I cannot find why it is not recognizing it. Any help would be greatful.

Not sure if you need cheats or hacks.
Here is a link for Carrigon's 'golden spider' that can do many things in game for you. Can set friendships, fix motives, make you into a vampire, ect... find it here: http://www.sims2workshop.com/viewtopic.php?t=2530 Set Age, Motives, Personalit​y, Skills, Career Rewards, Aspiration​ , Relationsh​ips, Influence, Vampires (Make and Cure), and add Inventory for ANY sim on the lot! You'll love it, there are so many options there are too many to list, but you can set all this for any sim on your lot. Make anyone a vampire! Cure any vampire! Set your relationsh​ips. Set the age of any sim. This little spider does alot.

As for my insimenator, the game is recognizing it's there, but when I go to put it on my lots, it's not finding it in any of the categories. *sigh*

With the change in InSiminater it is not sure where it can be located now. If you have it in game, go to buy mode, and in the section with TV's etc view all items. Insiminater is there, allowing you to simply place them on the lot and choose what you wish.
InSiminater.net is closed. InSiminater.org is open now, running well but I have no idea if or where the program is. If anyone does know, please let us know~

Shift and click on your sim, click spawn, then Sim Modder.
It has ways to make skills, friends and more.

Originally conceived as a sim randomizer; and I still may get around to finishing that part at some point. There are several randomization options that do exist and are functional.

This is still a work in progress. I'll be adding more features to this object. If you have an idea or request for it, post it in the I Want This forum.

Current Options:

Cheaty Type Stuffeths:

* Max Aspiration (Platinumize) (by sim, all residents, all sims)
* Max All Motives (by sim, all residents, all sims. By sim option available to pets)
* Adjust a Single Motive (by sim or everyone, can set almost empty/half/full)

Relationship Type Stuffeths:

* Set Short-term relationship level (set to -20, 0, 20, 50, 70, or 100. Available to pets)
* Set Short & Long-term relationship level (sets both, same options as above. Available to pets)
* Set/Clear Relationship Flags (Set or remove crush, love, friends, bff, etc. affects both sims) Note that there are no checks to make sure you aren’t doing something stupid like making sims bffs and enemies at the same time. So don’t be stupid and you’ll be fine.
* Remove Furious Tokens (Make me not furious/nobody furious with me/remove all from lot/remove all from hood)
